Trebor has been focused on sales and management within the consulting industry since 1998. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, in 1996, he began his career selling hardware and services. He then spent nearly 10 years selling services focused on Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft, Business Intelligence, and Custom Application Development. He then spent nearly five years in the management consulting space selling Program/Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, and Quality Assurance services with a focus on the healthcare industry. Trebor co-founded TRECK Solutions in 2012. In his spare time, Trebor enjoys spending time with his family, running, golfing and skiing.

Mark is a Sr. Sales & Recruiting Executive, with 20+ years of experience, along with 10 years of management / leadership experience. Mark is from Bloomington, Minnesota, and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA in Communications. He started his career selling IT Certification Education Services and then transitioned into IT Staffing and Consulting services. Mark has helped his clients with their immediate IT project needs, as well as long-term, full-time employment needs, both locally and nationwide. In joining the team at TRECK Solutions in 2017, Mark has been an integral part of the success of the company, which is demonstrated and evident in our growth, as TRECK Solutions has made the FAST 50 list in the Minneapolis & St. Paul metro for 3 years in a row! Our growth and success certainly means that we are helping our clients grow and succeed as well, which we strive for every day. When Mark has any free time, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, especially any outdoor activities, like hiking, fishing, and kayaking, as well as time exercising at the gym, going to sports events, concerts, traveling and playing card games.

John is a Senior Business & IT recruiter with over 20 years of experience. He was born and raised in St. Paul, a Cretin High School graduate who went on to graduate from Bemidji State University. He started recruiting in the Aerospace/Defense and Medical Device arenas, eventually moving on to the Business and IT fields over the last 15+ years. John has been with TRECK Solutions since 2015.

His network is deep in the following areas: Program/Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Application Development/Architecture, Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence, QA/Testing, as well as various ERP systems (specifically Oracle EBS, Epic, Ceridian Dayforce, among others)

In his spare time, he enjoys networking, hunting, fishing, playing hockey, music, current events, a foodie, and keeping an eye on the pulse of local business.
